It brings together survivors\, caregivers\, families\, friends\, and communities to walk in support of those affected by breast cancer and to raise funds for lifesaving work.\n\n\n\nTHREE STEPS TO MAKING STRIDES:\n\nFrom the day you sign up through the walk day in October\, you'll be raising funds to support breast cancer research\, American Cancer Society programs and services\, and more to help end breast cancer as we know it\, for everyone.\n\n SIGN UP When you sign up for Making Strides you can choose to lead a team\, join an existing team\, or participate solo - the choice is yours.\n RECRUIT FRIENDS & FAMILY Whether you're on a team\, leading a team\, or even participating solo\, get friends and family to join you - more people means more power to end breast cancer.\n RAISE MONEY Send emails and texts. Set up a Facebook fundraiser. There are lots of ways to raise money for Making Strides.
