At Stretch Center Flowood, our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness through education, support, and personalized care. We believe that everyone has the potential to live a vibrant and fulfilling life, and we're here to help them achieve that goal; through our alternative to some more traditional types of physical therapy, we specialize in programs that include 3D Motion Capture and Biomechanics Analysis monitoring, Assisted Stretch Therapy, Percussive Massage Therapy, and our Zero Gravity massage chairs. Our program will help you manage pain, improve circulation, enhance flexibility, and improve your posture.
