The Sheraton Refuge and Pacesetter Gallery are collaborating to bring an exciting new element to the Sheraton Refuge Missy Sippy Rooftop Lounge in Flowood, MS. The Sheraton Rooftop Lounge Mississippi Art Collection will include a collection of inspiring paintings for view and sale that will be updated regularly and is curated by Pacesetter Gallery. The public is invited to attend the opening on October 11, 2024, from 6 pm-11 pm, at 2200 Refuge Blvd off Airport Road in Flowood.  In addition to the art collection, the Lounge will regularly feature specialty cocktails and food pairings inspired by Mississippi and Mississippi art in the Collection and attendees can sample these new offerings at the art collection opening. The lounge is open daily from 4:00 pm-11:00 pm, for cocktails and light bites. Renowned Mississippi artists premiering in the Sheraton Rooftop Lounge Mississippi Art Collection are Susan Wellington, Carol Roark, Sabrina Howard, Ali Stayer, Mary Parker Buckley, Cliff Speaks, Rick Anderson, Justin Selway, D. Kosmo, Maggie Mayer, Good Juju Glass Art and David Rawlinson. The Collection includes a variety of styles and themes including landscapes, abstracts, and figurative work in oil, acrylic and watercolor celebrating the best of Mississippi. Mississippi blues duo Ballou and Tony will be providing music for the event.
