Tee off at this all-in-one golf tournament and crawfish boil, combining a day at The Refuge Golf Course with an evening at the scenic Sheraton Flowood featuring all-you-can-eat crawfish, corn, and potatoes from Mudbugs Crawfish & Catering, drinks from Southern Beverage Company, and live entertainment from Chad Perry. Additional food will be provided by Community Bank.
Join us at this FREE festival, featuring Jeremy Camp and Big Daddy Weave, local food, family-friendly activities, and a special patriotic tribute honoring America’s 250th anniversary.
Play, compete, and connect at central Mississippi's largest pickleball courts. Featuring 18 newly constructed, lighted courts, this outdoor facility is free to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. For availabilities and tournaments, click below.
Free live music in Flowood available every Thursday night at 7 PM in the Missy Sippi Rooftop Bar of Sheraton Flowood The Refuge Hotel & Conference Center
The Castlewoods Country Club Parent-Child is open to two player teams consisting of Parents and Children of ALL ages. The definition of “Parent” may be mother, father, step-parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle or mentor. The Committee has final approval of all teams.
Schedule of Events on Sunday, July 31st
8:00AM – Check-in / Practice Areas open
9:30AM – Shotgun Start for Adult-Youth 9 hole “Fun” Scramble Division
12:00PM – Lunch begins (for both 9 hole and 18 hole divisions)
12:30PM – Awards Reception for “Fun” divisions
1:30PM – Shotgun Start for Adult-Youth and Adult-Adult 18 hole divisions
6:00PM – Awards Reception for all 18 Hole Divisions following tournament play.
Tournament Format & Divisions
9:00AM – Adult-Youth “Fun” division (9 Hole Scramble)
1:30PM – Adult-Youth (18 Hole (Modified Alternate Shot Format)
1:30PM – Adult-Adult (18 Hole Modified Alternate Shot Format)
Players will be assigned tees and divided into multiple flights by age and skill level based on number of entries received.
Entry Fee & Deadline to Sign Up
Members – $40/team plus $17 cart fee for adult(s) if applicable
Non-Members – $60/team plus $17 cart fee for adult(s)
*Junior cart/green fees are complimentary
